ABOUT US....
Our names are Kirk and Bonnie and we belong to Joe and Bailey. We live in Lawrence, MI
but escape to our vacation rental in Upper Michigan, Jenny Lake Resort, whenever we can.
Joe and Bailey are our first cavaliers and we fell in love instantly. They are the most loving,
sweet-tempered dogs we've ever had the pleasure of belonging to. We've had many pets
through the years but will never own another breed after experiencing the Cavalier King
Charles Spaniel.
We also have three horses that are quite amused by Joe and Bailey. The youngest horse, a
two year old Arab gelding plays with Joe. Joe loves to go out and run in the pasture with
the horses. He is very fast and stays out front while Ms. Bailey sits on the side lines
watching the race. Gracie our eight year old Morgan mare will lower her head to Joe and
they rub noses. Have you guessed it yet? Joe is the socialite of the two... Bailey is more
reserved when it comes to the horses. I guess they are just too big for her... Smart girl!
I would like to take Joe to the show ring one of these days but life has been too hectic to try
and fit it in right now... It's a future goal! He show boats and loves his picture taken so I'm
sure he would do very well... And not to mention he is definitely show quality!
